Learners - Online and offline events are visible in the calendar widget
Note: This feature will go live later in August 2024
Added: All events in which the learner is enrolled will be displayed in the calendar, showing the name of the event and providing a quick link to the activity.
Content - Actual in use content and only linked content
Note: Certain parts (marked with *) of the feature will go live around the end of August 2024
Improved: We’ve distinguished content that is actually being used (e.g., in activities) from content that is just linked (e.g., in templates).
Changed for all places where questions and/or content parts are shown in a table view.
The mouse-over tooltip shows where the content is actually in use and where it is just linked and available for use.
* For users with author and designer rights for the template, we even show the activities where the content is located, providing the possibility to click and navigate there.
While ‘in use’ content keeps the current behaviour, you are able to delete content that is just linked to another concept without actually being used yet.
Files - Can now be organised and managed
Note: Certain parts (marked with *) of the feature will go live around the end of August 2024
Added: You are now able to rename files and folders.
Added: You are now able to move files and folders within the files overview of a content library.
* Added: You are now able to delete (empty) folders.
* Added: Create new folders on the file tab to plan your file management structure.
Improved: When selecting a file (e.g. when editing a question or content part) there are no longer any restrictions from which folder the files can be selected from. All files uploaded within the content library are now selectable.

Added: Instructors can see all events they need to assess in their calendar. Clicking on the event name will lead to the event page.
PE-online - Adding PE online IDs for events
Added: You can now add PE Meeting ID's to events. This way you can set up courses where learners get PE accreditation per attended event.
API - Method to link instructors to learners in the course
Note: This feature is already available
Added: You can link instructors to learners within a course from your own system by using the POST call '/setTeacherStudents'.
Instructors will only be linked to the learners if they have access to the course.
API - Method for retrieving all groups linked to the user
Note: This feature is already available
Added: You can retrieve all types of groups, or specifically all learner groups or all instructor groups, that are linked to a user by using the GET call '/getUserGroups'.
