Learners - An enhanced account settings page that functions intuitively
Note: This feature won’t be immediately visible; it will only appear after the changes are manually activated. See the feature "Learner Changes – Test the changes before activating them in your environment" for more details.
Improved: The categories in the account settings have been revised and streamlined into three tabs: Personal information, Account settings, and Email notifications. Each tab contains the expected information and settings.
Several use cases—such as changing your password, enabling 2FA, setting your email preferences, and switching your account language—have been made more intuitive and easier to follow.
We’re keeping up with the trends. With the discontinuation of Skype, we’ve replaced it with Instagram.
For extra flexibility in the Personal Information section, it’s now possible to hide the biography and social media fields. Contact our support team for assistance.
Learners - Easier to scan and navigate in the Improved results overview
Note: This feature won’t be immediately visible; it will only appear after the changes are manually activated. See the feature "Learner Changes – Test the changes before activating them in your environment" for more details.
Improved: The results overview has been refreshed with clear sections and status indicators to improve findability on the page.
With a “less is more” mindset, we now display only the relevant information. If no certificates are expiring or have already expired, that information is simply not shown.
Activity, objective, and retention progress are now clearly presented in a consistent format for each course.
We’ve also added a smooth transition when expanding and collapsing course results.
Learners - Other incremental interface updates
Improved: When working on adaptive courses, the advice for each learning objective now displays only one activity at a time, helping you stay focused on what matters most.
Note: This feature is already available
Improved: While it might not be noticeable to everyone, the footer has been revised and made future-proof.
Learner changes - Test the changes before activating them in your environment
Added: All tenant users with full rights can assign users to try out the new account settings and results overview pages for learners. This can help you understand the improvements and support your learners where necessary.
Tenant users with full rights can also assign users to specific look & feels to get the full experience during the test phase.
Note: This feature will be available a few weeks after the release
Once you’ve gotten the hang of the new changes, you can activate them in your environment. The changes will then be applied to all learners.
Activating the learner changes is a one-way action. You cannot revert it.
