Release 108 - May 2025

The release is expected on May 13th 2025.

Learners - An enhanced account settings page that functions intuitively

  • Improved: The categories in the account settings have been revised and streamlined into three tabs: Personal information, Account settings, and Email notifications. Each tab contains the expected information and settings.

  • Several use cases—such as changing your password, enabling 2FA, setting your email preferences, and switching your account language—have been made more intuitive and easier to follow.

  • We’re keeping up with the trends. With the discontinuation of Skype, we’ve replaced it with Instagram.

  • For extra flexibility in the Personal Information section, it’s now possible to hide the biography and social media fields. Contact our support team for assistance.

Learners - Easier to scan and navigate in the Improved results overview

  • Improved: The results overview has been refreshed with clear sections and status indicators to improve findability on the page.

  • With a “less is more” mindset, we now display only the relevant information. If no certificates are expiring or have already expired, that information is simply not shown.

  • Activity, objective, and retention progress are now clearly presented in a consistent format for each course.

  • We’ve also added a smooth transition when expanding and collapsing course results.

Learners - Other incremental interface updates

  • Improved: When working on adaptive courses, the advice for each learning objective now displays only one activity at a time, helping you stay focused on what matters most.

    • Note: This feature is already available

  • Improved: While it might not be noticeable to everyone, the footer has been revised and made future-proof.

Learner changes - Test the changes before activating them in your environment

Note: This feature will go live around the end of May 2025

  • Added: You can assign users to try out the new account settings and results overview pages for learners. This can help you understand the improvements and support your learners where necessary.

    • Once you’ve gotten the hang of the new changes, you can activate them in your environment. The changes will then be applied to all learners.

    • Activating the learner changes is a one-way action. You cannot revert it.

Events - Option to filter out all past events from your view

  • Added: You now have the option to filter out all events that have already occurred from the event overview for instructors.

  • Added: You also have the same option when selecting events within the event activity and when viewing the selected events.

Events - A text editor for event reminders

Note: This feature is already available

  • Improved: We've replaced the plain text field with a text editor for event reminders for extra flexibility in formatting your message.

AI Question Generator - New additions
Note: This feature is already available

  • Added: You can now directly add an exam term to newly generated questions, when exam terms are available in the content library.

  • Added: In addition to multiple choice questions, the AI question generator now also provides multiple response questions when appropriate.

  • Added: When generating questions from a single content part, you have the option to include that content part as feedback within the newly generated questions.

  • Added: The AI question generator now supports using Bloom’s Taxonomy as a didactic method for generating questions.

Users - New option added to the user’s gender field

  • Added: In addition to the ‘Male’ and ‘Female’ options for gender, you can now also choose ‘Other / Prefer not to say’. All three options are available everywhere.

Email content - New options for editing email notification content

Note: This feature is already available

  • Added: The email notification that informs event instructors when learners are subscribed to their events is now editable under ‘Event – Learner Enrolled – Instructor’.

  • Added: The ‘Course Title’ parameter is now available when editing the content of the ‘Activity Available’ email notification.

Manage renewals - Exporting renewal data

Note: This feature is already available

  • Added: A new option allowing users to export renewal data to a CSV file. This file can be imported into external tools for more in-depth analysis.

Licence reminder - Ensuring tenants are notified when licence balance is low

Note: This feature will go live a few weeks after the release

  • Changed: All trainers will receive an email notification when the license balance in their environment reaches a certain threshold.

  • This option isn’t new, but it is now enabled by default. You can adjust the threshold number or disable the reminder in the environment settings page.
