The 5th of December is a special day for most Dutchies. On this day we celebrate 'Sinterklaas', a national holiday that goes hand in hand with lots of presents. Because we think that our new release is worth a party we decided to launch it on this day, so in a way it's a present for you!

Upcoming Thursday the 5th of December the following functionalities will be available for you:
Create content directly in the template
Developing content parts and questions will be possible within the template, because a lot of you said that would be much easier. This means you will be able to add, test and adjust content directly in the course, instead of having to go back to the content library. The 'content selection tabs' will be extended with the option to add questions and content parts directly to the linked content libraries.
A make over for the Getting Started page
The Getting Started page will get a new lay out with widgets that give you more control over the platform. These are the most important ones:
Start quickly thanks to the 'to do list'
On the top hand of the page you find a to do list that helps (new) course developers creating and distributing their first course. A step by step explanation shows you for example how to make a template or sign up your first learners.
Environment statistics
Here you will be able to see useful information about your courses and users. For example the total ofusers, courses and templates.

Certificates visible for teachers
From the 5th of December teachers will be able to check the certificates that the platform have generated.
